Ingredients:
Roselle Hibiscus, Rooibos, Lemon Balm, Dehydrated Orange, Cinnamon Bark, Allspice

Directions:
Add 1 Tbsp. of the herbal tea blend to a tea diffuser. If you like your tea a little stronger, you can add more. Pour 8 ounces of filtered hot water over the blend, cover, and let it steep for 20–30 minutes.

For a touch of sweetness, stir in Cog Hill Honey and enjoy hot or cold.
